Yoga is a gentle way to improve your posture, balance, and coordination. Yoga is a systematic practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, diet control, and positive thinking and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the body, mind, and environment. Ali is a passionate and motivated yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance® (RYT500 plus). He began practicing yoga in 2010 during his postgraduate studies and pursued his yoga journey under the guidance and supervision of Iyengar Yoga master Narenthran S. Virakannu. Ali gained his initial qualification as yoga teacher with MAYI Yoga Academy in 2012 and few years later, in 2015, he undertook the Level II Yoga Teacher Training course. Ali observed the transformative effects and the positive impacts of yoga on different aspects of his life and he enjoys inspiring others to improve their wellness and commit to long-term health. His classes focus on stretching and extension along with alignment and synchronised breathing that will help to build strength, stability and flexibility.
