Yoga Tree Taupo is in the heart of downtown, we offer beginners and advanced classes. We use props such as ropes, chairs, blocks, bolsters and straps. We teach the Iyengar method, and all of our teachers are training under Suzi Carson from Four Winds Yoga in Ponsonby.
